Terms of Use
Revision of 27 August 2026
BlitzInfo is a non-commercial reference for World of Tanks Blitz and Tanks Blitz. This page says on what terms the site may be used, what happens to a visitor's data, and why Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics run on every page.
1. General
These terms govern the use of blitzinfo.ru and its European mirror eu.blitzinfo.ru (the Site). They are both an offer and a licence agreement covering the use of the Site's material.
Using the Site — opening any page of it — means accepting these terms as they currently stand. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the Site.
The Site asks for no registration, has no accounts and sells nothing.
2. What BlitzInfo is
The Site is a reference work: vehicle stats, armour, modules, shells, equipment, camouflages, gun mark thresholds and cosmetic items. The data is parsed out of the game client's own files and published for information purposes.
The Site is not part of the game, gives no access to game accounts, does not affect play and provides no paid services.
3. Rights to the material and trademarks
This project is not affiliated or associated with Lesta Games or Wargaming. All trademarks, vehicle names, images, 3D models, textures and other game material belong to their respective owners and appear on the Site for information purposes.
A rights holder who believes a particular piece of material infringes their rights may write to the contact at the foot of this page; the material in question will be taken down.
The Site's source code, its design, its own writing and the way the data is presented belong to the Site's author.
4. Licence to use the Site
A visitor may read the pages, save them for personal use, link to them and quote them with the source named — a direct link to the page.
A visitor may not copy the Site wholesale, its code or its design; pass its data off as their own; harvest its content automatically at a volume that loads the server (the rules for robots are in robots.txt); or interfere with how the Site works or work around its technical limits.
The licence is non-exclusive, free of charge, and stands as long as these terms are observed.
5. Personal data
The Site collects no personal data directly: there is no registration, no contact form, no comments and no file upload. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and payment details are neither asked for nor processed.
Anonymised visit data is collected by the analytics counters — see section 6. The legal basis is the visitor's consent, given by continuing to use the Site; it can be withdrawn by the means in section 8.
The Site does not sell or pass collected data to third parties other than the analytics services themselves, and does not use it for advertising or profiling.
6. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics
Two visit counters run on the Site: Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). They are here for one thing — to show how many people arrive, which sections they use and what on the pages does not work.
The counters set cookies of their own and collect anonymised technical data: IP address, browser type and language, operating system, screen resolution, device type, referrer, the addresses visited, the time and length of the visit, and actions taken on the page.
Session Replay (Webvisor) is enabled in Yandex Metrica: it records cursor movement, scrolling and taps, and lets a page view be replayed. The Site has no input fields other than the vehicle search, so there is no reason to type anything personal into it.
The data collected is processed by those services, under their own rules; the Site sees aggregate statistics only.
7. Cookies and local storage
The Site sets no cookies of its own. The chosen language, game client and version, and the fact that the Telegram invitation has been dismissed, are kept in the browser's local storage and never sent to the server: clearing site data in the browser erases them completely.
The only cookies on the Site are the counters' own, from section 6.
8. Opting out of analytics
Collection can be switched off at any time and the Site will go on working. There are official opt-out tools for both counters, and blockers or a third-party-cookie ban in the browser's settings do the same; cookies already stored are worth clearing afterwards.
9. Third-party resources
The Site does not host the pictures, 3D models and textures: the browser fetches them from external CDNs — jsDelivr and the game's own servers. Those services see the IP address and browser details when it does; the address of the page the request came from is not passed to them.
The Site links to third-party resources, the project's Telegram channel among them. It is not answerable for their content or for how they handle data.
10. Disclaimer
Everything on the Site is provided as is. The data is parsed automatically and may differ from the game: values change with updates, some mechanics are resolved on the game server, and gun mark thresholds are statistics rather than a promise.
The Site's author is not answerable for decisions made on the strength of this information, for errors in it, or for the Site being temporarily unavailable.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The revision published on this page is the one in force, and its date is given at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means accepting the new revision.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms, about data handling and about rights to the material go to the project's Telegram channel.
